True karate begins with the challenge of self. We believe every child’s unique abilities can become strengths with the right guidance and environment. Offered twice weekly (45 mins), this program welcomes children with diverse abilities to explore karate as a path to confidence, resilience, and belonging. Whether for recreation or competition, each student is guided with care, encouragement, and adaptability.
Junior Heroes
Junior Heroes guides children through the next stage of karate, combining skill-building with the fundamentals of kata and kumite. Offered three times weekly (45 mins), it balances recreational learning with competition pathways, giving every child structure, goals, and space to explore talents. Kids build self-discipline, confidence, social-emotional skills, and coping strategies—whether for fun, fitness, or competition—in a supportive environment.
Little Stars
Little Stars introduces young children to karate through fun, game-based activities that build physical literacy and foundational movements. Twice-weekly 45-min classes blend playful challenges with karate basics, helping kids grow coordination, focus, self-esteem, and self-discipline in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
